Max Group Awards 1.5 Billion MNT in Housing Down Payments to Its Top 54 Employees for Lunar New Year

Leading up to the Lunar New Year, Max Group has rewarded its 54 top-performing employees with housing down payments ranging from 20 to 40 million MNT, amounting to a total investment of 1.5 billion MNT to help improve their living conditions.

As part of its “People-Centered” policy, Max Group has been implementing the “Max Family” program since 2001, consistently supporting its employees in securing housing. Over the years, the company has provided a total of 10 billion MNT in housing down payments to 525 employees.

With a workforce of over 4,700 employees, Max Group annually rewards 30-40 outstanding employees with housing down payments ranging from 20 to 40 million MNT.
For this year, instead of holding a New Year’s celebration with a 700 million MNT budget, Max Group decided to allocate those funds as additional financial support for employee housing down payments. This decision allowed an additional 14 employees to benefit from the program, bringing the total number of recipients to 54 employees, who collectively received 1.5 billion MNT in housing assistance.
